Return and Warranty
Returns for online orders must take place within 14 days of your receipt and the item has to be in the original condition. Only items purchased directly from SwitchEasy official online store will be accepted. For items purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation. Returns made without a receipt may be refused. SwitchEasy reserves the right to deny any unqualified returns.
Please note we may request the return to go to one of our global warehouses in the United States or China.
To start the return process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information.
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Contact name, full delivery address and telephone number
Kindly note we are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective, or we made an error filling your order. In addition, customs, duties, taxes, and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)
For items that are defective or made in our error, a full refund will be made. For non-defective items due to buyer remorse, refund will excluded shipping and handling fee.
CANCELLING & MODIFYING ORDERS
Cancelling and modifying an order can only be done if we have not shipped the order. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

All phone cases, iPad cases, MacBook cases, sleeve/bags, AirPods cases, Apple Watch cases are covered by a 3-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Electronic accessories such as the styluses, wireless charging power banks, charging cables and mini fans are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. RESTRICTIONS & LIMITATIONS
Warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, accidents, abuse, misuse, improper care, industrial use, or acts of God. Warranty does not cover natural deterioration of parts such as battery core and rubber material.
